Crafter Pricing

6' x 10' Space - $85.00 per space before 04/30/2026. 

$95.00 on and after 05/01/2026.

Every crafter must purchase at least one space.  Spaces DO NOT include a table or chairs - you can either bring your own or rent them from us.

Add 2 Chairs - $25.00 per table

Available for rental from us.

Included in our space fee: Free Wi-Fi, 2 free coffee/water and donuts per crafter, setup Friday 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am - 9:00 am, student volunteers to help with setup and takedown, Zone Generals to assist with your needs during the day.  Lunch available for purchase and delivered by students, advertisements - local TV stations, social media, 35+ signs around town, large banners and electronic signs in town.

Information packets will be emailed in early October.  Refunds for cancellations will be issued at 100% for requests received before September 1st, and 50% for requests received during September.  No refunds will be issued after October 1st, but your registration can be carried over to 2027 at the discretion of the craft fair organizers.
